Three identified regions that were severely affected by flooding include
- South Eastern Queensland
- The Northern River region
- The Hawkesbury-Nepean region
The program HELPING HANDS initiated by AVCF aims to carry out the following assistance
- Urgent temporary relief by donating financial support to those people who were severely affected in the local regions.
- Recovery and Rebuilding: support local volunteer organisations such as Rotary District at each region to assist people who completely lost their homes.
