Heavy rain caused by tropical depression have caused a major flooding in Quang Binh, Central Province of Vietnam. Many houses and important roads have been submerged in flood water. Upon receiving this disaster news, AVCF had immediately provided support to the people of Quang Binh, and donated medicine and clean filtered water.

Rain forecast to continue to the next coming days, and much support is still needed for the city.
